Very Clean, Very Quiet, Super Comfy beds and a great selection of amenities. One of the better "Hotel" Breakfasts I've had for sure. Rooms come with a quality Shampoo, Body Wash, and Conditioner. My only real gripe with the place was that the shower door isn't really a door and water gets out all over the place, it's more of a half wall and that's it.

We really enjoyed the breakfast and the all round available coffee and hot chocolate given that it was very rainy when we got to Halifax but beyond that it’s really nothing much to write home about in my opinion. Firstly I had 2 ainteractions with front desk staff who were not rude but had a condescending tone. Only the person I spoke to upon check out actually sounded like he wanted to help. Secondly, the room we were in was super large but looked super empty. I like that it was large but it felt like they didn’t know what to do with the space. The Tv without Netflix or YouTube or anyway to cast was really a huge letdown especially when travelling with kids. We actually had to ask for house keeping: twice. One of the condescending receptionists told me that they were too busy that day because they were cleaning rooms for new guests and would only get around to us as from 2 or 3 pm. It’s expensive to stay here and the hotel itself looks pretty appealing. But I personally wouldn’t stay here again unless I really had no choice.

My husband and I had our wedding here, and it was absolutely stunning! The venue is so gorgeous that it really doesn't need a lot of outside decorations! We got mutliple compliments on how great the food was! The staff were all super sweet, helpful, and efficient. Gaby, the event coordinator, was easy to get ahold of and answered all my questions. The actual hotel rooms are also beautiful and the complimentary breakfast had great food and variety! If I had to write any concerns at all, my only real complaint is that elevators are a bit buggy and confusing. It took quite a bit waiting to get to the upper floors. Regardless would highly recommend!

This hotel was top notch! You know that as soon as you enter the lobby - it’s so elegant with marble walls. Don’t forget your swimsuits - there is an indoor pool! Our room was HUGE and well appointed. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast, the dining room is so soothing with its tasteful design and beautiful city views from the 16th floor. The food is top-notch - this is not your standard hotel breakfast fare. The service really made it memorable. The GM introduced herself to us and was soo nice friendly. Ric was running the show - he’s the man!

My family and I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, it was amazing! We upgraded our room to a suite when we arrived and everyone at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Our suite was incredible! Very spacious with more than enough room for our 2 kids, my husband and I. It had a huge soaker tub the kids loved and the beds were very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and there was a large variety of foods to choose from. As well, Rick who oversaw everything at breakfast was very friendly and attentive. We used the pool a couple of times and had it all to ourselves, there's also a hot tub you can relax in. The pool area was very clean and the water was a good temperature. Definitely recommend staying here!

Hotel and room was beautiful and very comfortable. The staff were great, very friendly and happy to help. All the staff talked up the restaurant and gave me discount coupons at check in. I was so excited to try it out but was closed for a staff function, no problem but better communication with staff so they were aware of the closure would be my only suggestion.

We recently stayed overnight at the Halifax Tower Hotel for the second time, and once again, it did not disappoint! It was snowing during our visit, which made the warm pool experience extra special — swimming while it snowed outside was so cozy and relaxing. We also appreciated the unlimited coffee, tea, and sweet treats in the lobby — such a thoughtful touch. Breakfast had a great selection, and Ric, the breakfast attendant, truly stood out. He was warm, attentive, and made sure everything was well stocked and that guests were comfortable. Another wonderful stay overall — we highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back!

This is the best hotel within the Halifax region. We've stayed at the Muir, the Marriotts, all the big name "luxury hotels". This is night and day. The Tower is modern, classy, clean, roomy, beautiful. The pool is salt water and the buffet breakfast is included. Ric, the maître d, will help make your breakfast satisfying and complete. Checking was excellent and they call you when you get to your room to make sure it's to your satisfaction. Great furnishings. I can't say enough good things and I am hard to please, very hard. What makes this experience even better, the cherry on the cake was the price...extremely fair. Parking is also included.

Forget about staying downtown because this place far exceeds all of my downtown stays. The hotel itself is gorgeous, huge rooms, there is underground parking as well as ample parking above ground, and the heated pool and hot tub are my favorite in the city. Also included is the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel stay with the most beautiful dining room to enjoy it in. Ric is so accommodating and always makes sure you find exactly what you need in the breakfast room and they change up available items as well. I recommend a stay here to everyone and nobody ever leaves disappointed. Looking forward to all of my future stays.

Beautiful hotel a bit confusing when you first arrive as the lobby is on the 3rd floor. Parking is limited, however they have underground parking, but it is a challenge for trucks or bigger vehicles. The rooms are spacious, bed is OK. The service was phenomenal, the owner comes around during breakfast to ask how your stay is, she is very attentive and you can tell she genuinely cares about her guests. Breakfast is included and is good, quite a variety. For the price of the rooms. It would have been nice to have bottles of water in the room, extra pillows and a few of the premium features other hotels offer. But overall it was a good stay.
