By far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Close to everything you need. Staff were very friendly. Cleanliness was off the chart. The attached restaurant and bar are fantastic if you want to stay in and relax. The pool and gym area were also well maintained.

We had a great stay. The beds were comfortable, the suite had lots of room and well supplied. The towels were always stocked quickly at the pool. Pool itself was cold but didn’t stop the kids from going in. It would be nice if a discount was offered at Denny’s.

Impressed with this hotel, had a great stay and will stay again for sure. We had to give 4 star due to checkout staff not being very sympathetic to the fire alarms going off through the night with our newborn baby and family. She didn’t seem apologetic just wanted us to finish checking out but she might have had quite a few other families asking why and what happened.

The rooms are absolutely beautiful, very clean, modern and well laid out. I loved the washroom (although I could not for the life of me figure out how to use the rain head of the shower) The restaurant and bar provided great service and food as well and the hot tub was lovely. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the fire alarm went off at 1am and then again at 8am. Which isn't the hotel's fault at all, but the whole point of going there was to sleep in a quiet environment. I'd still definitely go back and highly recommend anyone else to it

I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. We went for my daughters 10th birthday and the staff were all lovely, friendly and super helpful. Whatever we needed they were on top of, including bringing a gift for my daughter for her birthday. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. We stayed in the King Suite with Full kitchen and it was well equipped and had plenty of space. Pool was great and the pool towels were super fluffy and soft. I read other reviews about noise in the building but I did not notice anything at all, we stayed on the 6th floor. The hotel was also FULL of sports teams that weekend and I didn't notice any noise. Close to anything you need - shopping, food, entertainment and having the Denny's in the building was very convenient - we ordered breakfast to the room for 7am and it was there exactly on time and was delicious. Would 100% recommend and stay again.

Flew into Halifax to attend a course and currently staying here. Front desk staff are fantastic. This room is adorable and cozy. Be sure to book yourself a king bed/suite with kitchen. It won't disappoint! Bed is comfy, huge bathroom and wifi easily keeping up to my movie. Will be back next time I am in the province!

Nice, new, modern hotel. The pool/slide are probably the best in the city. Location is excellent. Stayed on the 5th floor: only suggestion is earplugs as the sound between floors travels and there is quite a bit of truck back up beeping outside the windows.

Rooms are extremely clean and a great size. Mattress was so comfortable. The bathroom was definitely new and very modern making it feel more like an upscale home bathroom as opposed to the traditonal hotel bathroom. The hotel staff were extremely helpful, kind and extremely professional. The lobby was modern, large and set up in a way that people could gather together. Honestly one of the best hotel experiences I have had in years . The price was so affordable for what it offered. Would definitely recommend. I normally dislike staying in hotels and this gem was a complete surprise. 10 out of 10.

I would love to give this hotel a 5 star as it has everything we need, choices of material, furnitures and built is all of high quality and will age well over the years. Staff is very friendly and professional. Beds could be better but the only real hick-up that took away from a great experience was our room cleanliness. The floor was very dirty, all surfaces was very dusty, coffee maker not emptied and the worst was hair and pubic hair left everywhere in the bathroom on the toilet, vanity and even on the tray under our fresh face cloths. When we realized, it was too late to have a room refresh as our baby was already asleep. Front desk gave all apologies but that was it. There should be a better standard in room cleanliness in a hotel like this as it greatly affected our experience that went from amazed to disgusted.

I do hope people take the time to read the bad reviews on this hotel. I made the mistake of not doing so. I’ll start with the rooms themselves. I found them to be clean and beds were comfortable. However apparently sound proofing is such an issue that my daughter and her friend singing was enough to land us a noise complaint. To which we were told, if it continued, we’d have to pay for all the rooms around us. For a higher end family friendly hotel I’m shocked at how unaccommodating they are. I requested Twice well in advance to have the two rooms we rented close to each other since they apparently don’t have conjoined rooms. Upon arrival, our rooms were 12 rooms apart, complete opposite ends of the hallway when I spoke to staff about it, I was told there was nothing they could do as they were fully booked, even though at that time rooms Closer together, we’re being cleaned and did not have anyone in them. Then I requested a cot for one of our rooms and was told they don’t have them. I found the desk staff mostly Friendly except for one man who was very rude. So take this as a warning if you’re travelling with kids, and need multiple room rooms that you’re not like likely to have them close together.
