Excellent experience for my first time on the east coast. The staff was lovely in every area of their operation, from spa services to the golf pro shop and course personnel to the restaurant workers. Top notch facility and course and it’s still under renovation. I will definitely be back to see the team re experience this great place. Thanks to the team at Fox Harb’r!

This is a real gem of a place. Rooms were outstanding and the view was one of a kind. Pool was top level with the thermal experience beautiful and designer level. Spa was quiet, beautiful Scottish charm and technician was expert. Staff was top level and locker room beautiful and clean. My only critique is the wine prices were tripled and the price of food in the high end upper restaurant was very high but it is expected for the elite and private experience this place offers. The golf course is out of this world but has a wonderful unpretentious Scottish charm where one can remember how it feels to be treated with respect and kindness.

Stunning location in rural Nova Scotia The rooms are in fact suites with separate living room, enormous bedroom and bathroom. The furnishing are exquisite Very elegant beautiful resort This is most certainly a 5 star resort. Remibds me of Chateau Montebello in Quebec - another resort in the rural that is very elegant. But here they have the ocean

We just spent a week at the Fox Harb’r Resort. The food and beverage service were amazing. Charlotte and Debbie went above and beyond to take care of us.

Absolutely amazing Spa! We were pampered beyond belief! ? Our house was beautiful and guest services were more than accommodating. Cannot wait to go back! ?

Many lovely things to say about this place. Chris, who drove our crew around, was wonderful and helpful and basically a superstar to our group of children. The grounds are beautiful and the view off the cliff (and sunsets!) are spectacular. The pool and spa area are so clean and bright and the architecture is stunning. Our server at breakfast, Debbie, was a delight. There was a pretty intense sewage smell in our room, that arouse around 9pm just as we were putting the kids to bed. The hotel staff member who was sent to help did his best, but the smell persisted. He also mentioned they had been having this issue (with the smell) for awhile now. We were offered another room to move to but this was not ideal given we would have to move our kids/stuff at their bedtime and give up our spot near our friends with whom we were visiting. We did ask about a discount and it wasn't provided which I felt was surprising, given this is a luxury resort and the price associated with that. Things happen for sure, but would have been nice to have been accommodated for this smell and inconvenience.

I can't speak too much of the cost because I attendended a conference but overall the experience was great considering I also came when it was just raining all day. Restraunt: the Willard is the name of the restraunt I went too. It's sort of pub style food. It's quite expensive, the burger and fries will run you $23. But since its the closest restraunt for miles I had no other choices. Aside from price burger was fantastic, and the fries were crispy! Highly recommend. Drinks were great. I had their versions of the bloody mary and moscow mule. Both were excellent. So no complaints on food and drinks other than the steep price. Rooms: they have molton brown soap, shampoo and conditioner. Very high end. Rooms are quiet and I couldn't hear the neighbours, although you can hear people sometimes enter the main entrance. Pillows and bed were very comfy. Resort: pool was warm, spa was great. They had a sauna, steam room, salt theraoy, immersive shower, hot tub, and even a cold plunge. The hot tub does look like it needs to be cleaned if I'm honest but the pool itself was polished. I couldn't check out the golf course or trails because it was raining all day but I still enjoyed soaking in that pool. Good experience overall.
