I called about an hour ago and was told that rooms were available. I drove for a full hour to get there. When I arrived, they told me to wait five minutes. After waiting ten minutes, they informed me that there were no rooms available today. This was very unprofessional and disrespectful. The employee spoke to us in a rude and disrespectful manner. I am very disappointed with the way we were treated

Generally clean and well laid out rooms. As with every hotel, water pressure is bad. This place does not have a snack bar, just a couple of vending machines that do not take Amex, so if that's all you have you're walking across the street to the gas station. Central to everything and close to highways so that's the main selling point.

Given the length of time this hotel has been here, amazing to see quality of facilities. Clean rooms. Beds and bedding awesome. Service excellent. Value for you buck! And they have the Redwood Grill. Way more than you could think. One of the best places to stay in HRM. Thank you for all that you do. And how well you do it.

We love staying at the Future Inn for both personal and business trips. This time around was a 4 night business trip. When we came out to our vehicle in the morning, we thought someone had mistakenly cleaned the snow from our truck. Then we noticed all the cars in the parking lot were cleaned off. What a great surprise that was! We always have exceptional service and clean rooms. There was some renovations going in the Lobby, but that didn't interfere or hinder our stay in anyway. This hotel is the perfect location, right off the highway, close to lots of good restaurants and shopping. Avoid the busy downtown area and ridiculous over priced downtown hotels. You can be downtown Halifax in 12-15 minutes depending on traffic.

I will start by saying I have stayed at this hotel before with no issues. It’s a very convoluted location and the hotel is nice. But this time when arriving to our room, we found blood on our bedding. Reception was very fast with calling room service to get the bedding changed but when room service arrived, they only changed the part of the bedding that had the blood on it.. staying with a 5 month old baby, I did not feel as though the room was cleaned enough.

Hotel room was satisfying and worth the price. Room service staff were amazing and friendly as well especially with our pet. But the receptionists working today specifically the asian girl with short dyed orange/dirty blonde hair (can’t really tell what her hair colour is supposed to be) was unresponsive to the point of being rude. This would have been a 5 star rating otherwise.

Great stay at the right price point last weekend. Perfect location for access to events at the Canada Games sports centre and the BMO soccer centre. Staff were friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Thanks all.

Reception was pretty hurried when speaking to us but it’s okay we’re sure if given time they’d be friendlier. The room wow! Clean and large enough. The bed is good! They had a restaurant called redwood. The food was okay BUT SERVICE SUPERB

This is the best hotel in town! It’s pet-friendly, and the rooms are very clean. The staff is very friendly and the service is good. The food in the restaurants is decent and reasonably priced. I definitely recommend staying here.
