This hotel is incredibly refreshing for business travelers. Staff (literally every person I interacted with) is friendly, helpful, and makes you feel at home; the facilities are upgraded nicely; and the fitness center is the most impressive I’ve seen - a full gym with space for multiple guests, an on demand spin studio, AND a yoga studio!! Also looks like some fun indoor pool/slides. Food at the restaurant was quite tasty as well. I’ll happily be back here again!

Friendly, clean, allows pets if you need that, haven't tried food yet, but if you want other stuff there are shops around. No complaints thus far. Price for one person, king size bed was only availability, is not crazy at 195... But if you have a limited budget there is a fee I missed when you book online. It only said the room total with tax, it doesn't mention the 200$ deposit fee that I'm told will be refunded after I check out... So over 400 was actually charged to my credit card, which I thankfully had available. However, apparently if I read the policies it's in there. However again, the confirmation email did not mention it/include it as a subtotal in the breakdown of charges. All in all I like it and would come again and I know what to expect.

We had a great experience with Delta Dartmouth. It actually was our first time choosing Delta and we have no regrets. The room was clean and bright, we asked to higher floor and we got it. View was nice , pool was much fun for our kid, the only water was a bit cooler than we prefer. In general, nice place to stay and we will be back for sure ??

Stay at Delta Dartmouth, from the great service at check in, a room swap was required as my partner wanted a room with a tub and not just a shower. The staff were happy to help us and make everything easy. We needed some supplies for our room, Harjeet was on top of it. Had everything we requested along with some extra water to help make us comfortable. Thanks you to all the staff so far, especially Harjeet for assisting us so promptly and professionally with a big smile on his face. This defines what great customer service exactly is. The Delta Dartmouth team by far has been the easiest team I have worked with for booking work conferences. Adam is a gem! He was so incredibly easy to work with, responsive, personable. It's easy to recognize he is passionate about what he does and offers a stellar experience. The Delta is lucky to have him. The rest of the staff are equally incredible. Jennie at front desk was accommodating when planning a contingency plan for a winter storm, Roberta makes incredible drinks and is so sweet and the food at the hotel was outstanding. Thank you for making the whole process easy and executing a flawless conference.

Great locatiom. Kids love the pool. Service by Harjeet is awesome. He was very willing to assist with.everything we need and went above and beyond!

Hotel front desk staff was over-the-top helpful (Daniel) and wanted to make sure everything was arranged for my stay. They even emailed in advance confirming that I needed two rooms. As a Gould member, I was upgraded to a suite which does not always happen. The after hours house keeping guy (Harjeet) made a great effort to make sure that everything was good in my room. I had to call for regular Nespresso pods and he brought more than enough, and ensured that I had water, towels etc. He had a very friendly demeanor, and I did not feel like I was imposing. I had to call two days later and again the service was quick and exceptional. Every time I encountered staff at the front or in the hallways, they were extremely eager to make sure that I didn't need anything. I would absolutely stay here again. The value was well worth it money and the staff was exceptional.

My stay at Delta Hotels Dartmouth was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The room was honestly one of the worst I’ve ever stayed in. There was zero soundproofing — I could hear full conversations, people screaming and laughing in the next room, people running in the halls above me, furniture being dragged around, and every single door in the area slamming so hard it jolted me awake. This wasn’t a one-off occurrence; it went on all night. Sleeping was nearly impossible. The service made the experience even worse. The in-room coffee machine is a joke — confusing, poorly designed, and guaranteed to make a mess before you figure out how to use it. When I spilled coffee because of it, I called down for paper towels. I was told someone would bring them up. No one came. Hours later, I went downstairs myself to ask again for cups and paper towels. The manager told me they had already “notified Julie,” but again, no paper towels ever arrived. Someone did come into my room later and dropped off cups — but still no paper towels. If they don’t provide them, just say so. Instead, I got repeatedly brushed off and lied to. To make things even more annoying, I found out a friend of mine stayed on another floor as a Gold Elite member and had no issues at all. Meanwhile, my room felt like a dorm building on a Saturday night. It’s pretty clear that room quality and noise levels vary wildly depending on status and location. Avoid 4th floor! I had to use a bath towel to clean the coffee spill because the staff couldn’t be bothered to help. The whole experience felt careless, dismissive, and honestly disrespectful. I didn’t choose this hotel — it was out of my control — but after this stay, I would never return, even if it were the last available option.

Always a pleasant experience staying at the Delta Dartmouth. Rooms are nice, clean and modern. Staff is always helpful and accommodating. The highlight is definitely the pool/sauna area. The pool itself is rather small, but features a water slide. There is an indoor splash pad area for the kids, a nice hot tub and sauna. Have stayed here a few times and always consider whenever I am staying in Dartmouth. Unfortunately it is nestled in an industrial park, but parking itself is free and never an issue to find a space.

Overall, a great hotel. Have hosted regional meetings here many times. Have stayed here as well. Have work breakfasts here quarterly. Very friendly staff, great restaurant on site, and a decent bar selected for evening networking. And I know they are giving back to the community. Happy to keep giving them my business!
