The beds were really comfy and the restaurant was very good. I loved the vegetarian curry. It's so hard to get good vegetable dishes when traveling. The meat was good too. It's an good and easy location, 12 minutes from downtown, if you have a car. We had a view of the lake which was very pretty.

Had a wonderful stay, and a big part of that was thanks to the amazing front desk staff. EVAN was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. They handled everything with such warmth and efficiency that it instantly made me feel comfortable after a long day of travel. It’s rare to come across someone who goes beyond basic customer service and truly leaves a positive impression. Management should know they have a real gem at the front desk — thank you again for making the experience so pleasant!

In the past month I have stayed in 5 different provinces and these two professionals are the best and most productive and efficient at the front desk Other front desk staff should be trained more Staff at their in-hotel restaurant = extremely patient in listening to unfortunate dietary restrictions and accommodating them. Location = perfect. Drive around or bus to all tourists spots Rooms = cute, neat, view of the lake

Every hour I woke up to what I thought snow clearing. Turns out, it was the elevator waking me up every hour. Spoke with a staff member the next morning and they guessed my room number without saying. It’s a know issue that should have been disclosed. Requested a room change. I’ll update this as my stay progresses. Staff member called they offered to move me to a new room but I’d have to vacate the current room soon. Wish that was possible as I’d still be sleeping but I’m here for work. Spoke with general manager who said they are moving me to a new room and I can move to it when I get back.

Stayed here for our recent trip. Staff were really friendly, rooms were clean and location is close to amenities and public transit. Only negative was the rooms were bit cold tho after bit they warmed up. Nice pool, arcade and gym on site. Would recommend.

Ok here is the detailed review: Customer service at the front desk: 10/10 (i didn’t get her name but she was there at 12 pm when we came in) She was really nice, remembered our names throughout our stay and check in and check out was really quick and efficient and very accommodating Breakfast: before deciding this hotel, i researched extensively on reviews about breakfast as that was the one of main thing i was looking for and let me tell you breakfast was amazing. So many vegetarian options, they had cinnamon rolls, fruits, apple pie, bagels, breads, muffins, coffee (decaf and regular), pancake, all the spreads, apple and orange juice, 3 types of cereals, yogurt and toppings etc - see pic for more It looked like they really cared about the breakfast and they weren’t doing it for the sake of it but they went above and beyond in breakfast We went there around 7 am which was best as sun was just coming up over the lake and view was gorgeous Room: It had 55” phillips SMART TV!! so many hotels nowadays still have those small tvs with just regular channels this one was proper smart tv with all the apps you need Room had a keurig coffee machine, kirkland coffee pods (which i love), iron, iron table, microwave, literally everything one needs!! The only thing bad was they didn’t give water bottle in the room, you have to buy it, i didn’t have refillable bootle, otherwise they did have water station on first floor, We just went and bought the $1 water jug from walmart which is just 5 mins away Location, customer service, breakfast more than fulfilled them minor water bottle issue Location: amazing! There is a lake beside the hotel, we had odd number room so we didn’t get to see the lake from our room, but the even number rooms would have the view Lake was frozen but in summer i would say it would be very beautiful

Rooms: We got a two bed room for 2 adults and 2 very lively kids. The rooms are clean, spacious and sound proof. coffee and tea at your volonty. Services: generally very good, the breakfast is awesome with good variety and food was always fresh and refilled by the friendly staff. The only issues we had was the towels services for the pool. But that doesn't stop us to recommend a stay to this hotel. Location: Very well centralized facilities and activities were all a 5-8 min from the place. Easy to navigate with low traffic.

Room was clean & comfortable,beds very nice, room temperature easy to control and quiet, great water pressure and lots of towels. Parking was close and easy,staff were friendly...food at the restaurant was not that great..breakfast not too bad but supper wasn't the best. Fish n chips...good portion size,batter was thin and crispy but the haddock was mushy and somewhat tasteless. The Seafood chowder...great biscuits,good portion size in a deep bowl...but very little seafood of any kind in it. Very disappointing :(
