The Location & Rooms are fine for a 3star. No hot water our first morning. No working TV during our 4night stay. Depending on whom you interact with at the property, service can be horrible, or moderate. No one cared that we had to take a cold shower the morning of our daughters graduation. No one wanted to actually fix our TV, just kept resetting it from the front desk - which did nothing. My wife was pretty much bed bound b/c she broke her foot while we were in Halifax - TV would have been nice. Their parking validation system works about 20% of the time - on one occasion when I went to the front desk to get a replaced validated ticket the staff member asked me to "wait" while he took care of his personal banking situation on the phone in front of me. Be prepared to wait up to 20min for an elevator if you're on the 6th floor. There are some very nice staff members at this property in housekeeping, and at the front desk - but it's an odd mix. The restaurant on the 4th floor - skip it. This is one of those odd properties where I think there's an issue with ownership / management but they have some staff that are tying.

In all of my years of traveling I have never experienced better service thanI did at this hotel. Lakesh at the front desk was exceptional. Accommodated an earlier than expected checkin to help us with our kids, patient and very helpful. The location is super convenient as we are just a few short minutes away from the boardwalk. This hotel far exceeded my expectations especially for great rates!

Had a wonderful stay last summer in Halifax. The staff were phenomenal. Forgot a charger and front desk staff offered to lend me his! Excellent location, the restaurant Latitude 44 was the best place we ate! We arrived very late (20mins before close) and they fed us with hospitality! Comfortable rooms. You can hear the gulls in the morning. The pool was small and very closed in but we didn’t spend much time there.

We had a wonderful two night stay. Great location and walking distance to water front and other places. The breakfast in the restaurant was amazing. Friendly staff clean rooms and Aryan checked us in and was extremely kind and helpful. Thank you again will stay again. Bonnie

I can't say enough positive about my stay at the Four Points! From check in to check out, the service was 5 *'s all the way!! Rooms were spotless and very comfortable, location was perfect, and service was exceptional! Ramon made sure I had the most amazing weekend to celebrate my birthday, this man went above and beyond to make sure my stay is the absolute best experience!! I found my new favourite hotel and will definitely be returning! It will be my "go to" whenever I visit the city!! Highly recommend *****

A nice, clean room. Our stay was marred by an incident in the pool that evening. I was there with two girls 8, 13y. and our friend. There were also two couples there, aged 40-50, and one of the men took off his underpants in the pool. Because of this, we had to leave. It's a shame there are no cameras in the pool; it seems unsafe for women with children.

We only stayed one night but it was pleasant and everyone was friendly. The restaurant was really good and the staff was excellent. The food was actually fairly priced.

Friendly, fast check in. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Nice feather pillows. The pool is small , water temperature comfortable. Well equipped small gym, couldn't get the tv turned on in the gym and the thermostat could not be adjusted...it was too warm.

Excellent location to many restaurants and the harbourfront! Finally a large sized bathroom! I hate hotels with tiny bathrooms!! Location a bit noisy due to nearby construction site. Convenient underground parking. Very comfortable beds and linens.

Its been a great experience! It is our 30th Anniversary and we have been treated like royalty! Upgraded our room to a king bed with harbour view, 3 free breakfast and free champane! Steven from their restaurant Latitude is amazing and made us feel very special and Layla at the front desk was so kind and generous! These two really made our stay amazing! I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great getaway! Thank you very much frim Terri & George Clark!
